Returns

Returns are available for all full-priced items within 30 days of shipment and for all discounted items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the return conditions listed below are met.

How to return a purchase

Contact usto inform us of your intent to return the item.
Pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, booklets, and tags that came with it.
Deliver the item to us via:
1. Post to 1905. gada iela 7, Koknese, LV-5113, Latvia.
2. Omniva to Kokneses Lats parcel locker.
3. DPD to Koknese Maxima parcel locker.
4. Any other courier service of your choice.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process a full refund to your chosen payment method.

On returns

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned.
All costs associated with returning a product are the customer’s responsibility.
You have the right to cancel your order (excluding personalized products). Your cancellation rights begin on the day you place your order and end 14 days after you receive it. After that, you have an additional 14 days to return the order to us.

Return conditions

The product must be unused.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
The packaging (box) of the product must not be damaged.
All related accessories, leaflets and trademarks must be included in the package.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty, or any other condition deemed unsellable by Dunense will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
