Warranty

Products with defects in hardware, materials, stitching, or closures will be replaced or repaired. Defects caused by improper use or natural wear and tear can be repaired for an additional fee.

• Please note that leather, like all natural materials, may have unique characteristics such as small scars, creases, and color variations, which are not considered defects.
• We do not cover associated costs, such as shipping the item to us or back to the customer.

One of these conditions must be true.

• The product has a functional defect that prevents its use.
• A defect in the metalwork, such as a broken buckle, zip or rivet.
• A design defect, such as a seam or fastening defect.
