Terms & Conditions
The regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia require that the owner of an online store must specify the terms of purchase, return conditions, and the right of withdrawal. This specification is referred to as a Distance Contract.
Distance Contract
The seller of the goods offered on the online store dunense.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” and the person placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer,” enter into a Distance Contract.
The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer as per the Buyer’s order, while the Buyer agrees to accept the ordered goods and make the payment in accordance with the terms of the Distance Contract.
Delivery and Payment Terms
The Buyer places an order on the online store dunense.com by accurately specifying the type and quantity of goods, as well as providing their email address.
The Buyer pays for the ordered goods online or via bank transfer.
If the Buyer chooses to pay by bank transfer, the Seller will prepare and send an invoice to the Buyer’s provided email address.
The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The Buyer proceeds with the payment of the order.
The delivery time for goods is between 1 and 14 days from the moment the payment is received.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.
During this period, the Buyer may try the product to determine whether it meets their needs and expectations. Please remember that the product may only be used to the extent necessary to inspect it. Please remember! That the product may only be used to the extent necessary to inspect it.
If the product is delivered by mail, the “date of receipt” is considered to be the 7th (seventh) day from when the Seller handed over the product to the postal service.
The Buyer can withdraw from the purchase by sending a withdrawal request to the Seller via email.
The Seller will send the withdrawal request form to the Buyer via email upon request.
The Buyer is responsible for returning the product to the Seller within 7 (seven) days after sending the withdrawal request.
All expenses related to returning the product to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.
According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.”
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s withdrawal request or to withhold a compensation fee if the product is damaged or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
Data processing
By placing an order on the website www.dunense.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms and conditions and agree that their provided data will be used by the Seller to process the order and deliver the purchased goods in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer also agrees to receive notifications related to their order via the provided email address. The Buyer also agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order to the e-mail address provided.
Availability
Due to the requirements of the State Language Center, all elements of the website must be translated into Latvian. We will also add some translations of English elements from other pages of this site.
